I'm using the word Whole on this site in the sense of "being complete," "being healed," and "being integrated." It's a reminder for myself to be all that I can be and all that I am. I'm also using the word Whole as an acronym that stands for "wisdom of healing, holistic, open and loving, and enlightening."
  • Wisdom of healing refers to healing on the physical plane; I am a Registered Holistic Nutritionist™. I am passionate about helping you bring your health back into balance and maintaining it there. Contact me for a consultation. I am also extremely interested in whole foods and their ability to support our body's homeostasis and health.
  • To think of one's health holistically is to realise that the whole is greater than the sum of its parts. Each of us is an integration of our physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual health, whether we accept, realise and believe that or not.
  • To be open and loving is to be loving, accepting, and non-judgmental toward myself and others. This is on the mental and emotional planes, where I am constantly trying to be aware of my thoughts and emotions. Through a technique I have learned, which I call MePhi, I am able to facilitate your contemplation of where you are in your life, to help you see your fears for what they are, to help you move through blockages so that you can start moving in the direction you desire to go, and to help you realign your emotions toward wholeness.
  • Enlightening refers to growth on the spiritual plane. I am working on my own spiritual growth. I am particularly interested in the Big Shift, also known as the Mass Awakening. Last summer, I learned that my most basic skill - the one I came into the world with - is creativity. Knowing this fact helps me focus my spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical energies so that I move forward with my path and purpose. I have developed a basic skill meditation that I can take you through to help you discover your most basic skill.
