- and this blog.
I am integrating, wholing, and healing myself by expressing my own growth through the WholeNina sites. I’m using the word Whole in the sense of “being complete.” It’s a reminder for myself that I want to be all that I can be. I’m also using the word Whole as an acronym that stands for “wisdom of healing, holistic, open and loving, and enlightening.”
- Wisdom of healing refers to healing on the physical plane; I am currently training as a holistic natural nutritionist. I am particularly interested in Fibonacci as it relates to nutrition and lifestyle, hence the Phi symbols above.
- Embracing holism is to realise that the whole is greater than the sum of its parts. Each of us is an integration of body, mind, and spirit, whether we accept, realise and believe that or not.
- To be open and loving is to be loving, accepting, and non-judgmental toward myself and others. This is on the mental and emotional planes, where I am constantly trying to be aware of my thoughts and emotions. Through a technique I have learned, which I call MePhi, I am able to facilitate your contemplation of where you are in your life, to help you see your fears for what they are, to help you move through blockages so that you can start moving in the direction you want to be going, and to help you realign your emotions toward wholeness.
- Enlightening refers to growth on the spiritual plane. I am working on my own spiritual growth. I am particularly interested in the Big Shift, also known as the Mass Awakening. My most basic skill – the one I came into the world with – is creativity. Knowing this helps me focus my spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical energies so that I may move forward with the goal and lessons I came on earth to accomplish and learn. I have developed a meditation that I can take you through to help you discover your most basic skill.
The act of creative writing on this blog will focus and shine light on how I integrate and make whole my body, mind, and spirit through self-knowledge and reflection. I know I am a spiritual being having a physical experience in a physical body, with thoughts and emotions. By thinking and writing about some of the steps along my healing and wholing path, I become healthier, more aware, more awake, and I enlighten myself.
